Moexy

Moexy

In Valgaudemar, Robin finds an unusual lizard. She keeps him in her tent and lets him crawl over her sleeping bag. She wins the little animal's trust and names him Moexy.
It turns out that Moexy is a Gauderagon. But is it really such a good idea to keep him at home? Fortunately, there's someone she can confide in who's willing to help her…

This is the website of Moexy, the main character from a children's storybook written in Dutch by Inge Frimout-Hei and illustrated by Merel and Mirte Fellinger. The first part of the book can be read in Dutch on the Storybook Page. Unfortunately we do not have an English translation yet.

The story serves as the creative basis for Inge Frimout-Hei's harp music compositions in 3 parts: 1) Valgaudemar – The Mountain Valley, 2) The White Town of Thorn, and finally the yet-to-be-published part 3, The Isle of Mull. On the music page you can find recordings of various performances.

Go to the Moexy Shop to order the sheet music soon also the storybook in Dutch. Moexy also has a very nice t-shirt for sale in his shop.
